When will my order ship?

Please allow 1-3 weeks for creation as each ring is individually handmade to order. This time frame is an estimate and can vary. Please allow 6-8 weeks for custom, solid silver and gold rings.

If your ring is needed by a certain date, we do offer rush order upgrades for a fee. Please reach out to us and we will be more than happy to see if we are able to accommodate your request.

 

How do I find my ring size?

To get your most accurate US ring size, we recommend going to your local jeweler to be professionally sized. Alternatively, we offer ring sizers that can be shipped directly to you! You can also measure the diameter of a ring that you currently wear or use this simple and easy printable sizer.

 

I don’t see my size! Can you make custom sizes?

Yes! We want to make sure your ring fits perfectly. We can make any ring size, including quarter sizes! Drop us an email and include your order number and new ring size within 24 hours of placing your order.

 

How do I resize my ring?

If your order is outside of the 7 day exchange window or if you would like to keep the original gemstone for sentimental reasons, copper bands can be resized at a jeweler in most circumstances. We do not offer this service for copper or plated rings at this time. We recommend contacting a local jeweler that is not a chain store. If the ring is too big, many will opt for a ring size adjuster as an easy alternative.

If your ring was designed in silver or solid gold, we can resize your ring for a $55 service fee + shipping. Silver and solid gold rings can also be resized by a local jeweler.

 

Are your gemstones ethically sourced and authentic?

Yes! All of the gemstones and diamonds used in our jewelry are ethically and sustainably sourced and conflict-free. They are genuine, raw and natural—never lab grown, dyed or heat treated in any way.

 

Will my ring look exactly like the photo?

No two rings are ever the same. The natural and unique state of each raw gemstone is always preserved. Please allow for differences in size, shape, color, transparency and setting.

 

Can I choose the gem for my ring?  

Absolutely! Simply include this add-on option along with your favorite ring when checking out. Once received, we will be in contact within 3-7 business days with photos of beautiful, hand selected gems for you to choose from!

 

Do you offer custom requests?

Those are one of our favorite things! Reach out to us and we will be in touch to discuss your dream ring!

If you would like your ring to be made with a specific type of gem not found in our shop or one of your own, we do work with most gems and would be more than happy to see if we can accommodate your requests and design you something extra special!

 

Does my ring come gift wrapped?

All of our rings come wrapped in a sustainable, grey gift box tied with a luxurious, white satin ribbon. 100% ready for a dreamy Instagram shot. Hint hint.

How many rings are included with my purchase?  

You are purchasing one ring unless otherwise stated in the description. There may be several pieces of jewelry in the photograph to show uniqueness as well as stacking and pairing inspiration.

 

Copper and Plated Rings

What are your rings made of and do they contain nickel?

In order to achieve the very unique and organic look of our jewelry, copper metal is used for the band and setting. Our jewelry is always 100% nickel-free.

 

How does copper effect my skin?

Copper is a metal that oxidizes and tarnishes naturally. This means the finish will become darker and duller over time, potentially leaving behind a surface mark on the skin when worn. This discoloration easily washes off of the skin with warm water and a mild soap.

How much and how quickly the ring will tarnish can depend on your perspiration, acidity levels, climate and any chemicals, water, soaps and lotions you come in contact with on a daily basis. Copper naturally reacts differently to each person’s body chemistry and pH levels and many will never experience this reaction. We do not offer refunds if this reaction occurs.

Although plating will not stop this reaction, it can easily be prevented by applying a jewelry seal. If your order has not shipped, we can apply a complimentary seal—just let us know by email!

Alternatively, we work with a variety of gorgeous, sustainable, reaction-free metals such as hand-cast solid silver and 14k solid white, yellow and rose gold.

 

Plating

All plated jewelry no matter the type or brand will eventually wear. Actual wear time varies depending on each person’s perspiration, acidity levels, climate and any chemicals, water, soaps and lotions you come in contact with on a daily basis.

Plating your ring will not prevent the copper reaction. We do not offer refunds if the plating wears quickly. Plating can sometimes only last a short amount of time—for some, the exact same plating can last years. Plating wears at different speeds depending on each person’s body chemistry and pH levels.

Regularly plating your ring is recommended to maintain its beauty, shine and luster. This service is offered for $25 per ring + shipping. Many local jewelers provide this as well!

 

Will plating prevent the copper reaction? Is plating more durable?

Plating does not prevent the copper reaction. Plating is for cosmetic beauty only.

 

How can I prevent the copper reaction?

If you find that your skin experiences a discoloration, you have the option to have your copper or plated ring sealed.  If you would like to have us to add a complimentary seal your ring, simply drop us an email here!  You can easily reseal your ring yourself whenever needed.  We recommend EURO TOOL Jewelry Shield available on Amazon or Jewelry Supply

How do I seal my copper ring?

Clean the band with a soft cloth, mild soap and warm water. Avoid getting soap on the gemstone. Take a clean cloth with warm water and wipe clean. Let the ring fully dry. Gently shake the bottle of sealant and apply one coat to the metal that will touch the skin. Allow the sealant to dry for at least 20 minutes between coats. For best results, apply multiple coats and allow jewelry to dry overnight. 

 

Ring Care

How do I care for my jewelry?

Raw gemstones should never be exposed to chemicals, water, soaps or lotions of any kind throughout wear. Clean the gem with lukewarm water and dab dry with a soft cloth or paper towel only when needed. Always protect your jewelry from impact against hard or abrasive surfaces. 

Copper

Keep your copper ring band clean by occasionally washing it with lukewarm, soapy water. Bare copper will tarnish and can be cleaned with salt and lemon juice. Clean and rinse with water. Use a soft cloth to gently polish and fully dry. When not being worn, store your copper ring in a sealed plastic bag to prevent tarnishing.

Plated

Keep your plated ring band clean by occasionally washing it with lukewarm, soapy water. Use a soft cloth or paper towel to dab dry.

NEVER POLISH A PLATED RING with any sort of cloth! This will remove all plating within a matter of minutes no matter the thickness. 

Solid Silver and Gold Rings

Silver that is regularly warn typically needs less care. Clean silver with silver jewelry cleaner.

Gold can be maintained with a non-abrasive cleaner. Mild dish soap on a soft cloth and lukewarm water is an easy alternative for both metals.

Professional cleanings at your local jeweler can be done as often as once a year. Storage in a metal specific case is recommended.

 

Policies

Exchanges/Returns

We want you to love your ring in every way! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item for an exchange or store credit—we would be happy to help you with this! We just ask that you cover shipping costs.

Items must be returned within 14 days in new condition with their original packaging before any credit is issued or exchange made. If the item is not in original condition or has been altered in any way, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Because each piece of jewelry is individually handmade to order, we do not accept returns. We do not offer exchanges/store credit for custom pieces at this time. This policy allows us to offer all custom sizes so we are not restricted to carrying standard only. This also allows for customization and to ensure your ring is perfect in every way.

 

Cancellations or Changes.

There is a 24 hour window after an order is placed to make any changes or cancellations. After that time frame, we are not able to change or cancel your order, as we're now busy designing, handcrafting and shipping your order.

 

Repairs

All jewelry purchased comes with a 60 day limited warranty. If any repairs are needed after this time, we offer full service care including plating, re setting, recasting, etc. Pricing for these services vary per piece, depending on the service and metal type.

 

Resizing

Custom Designs

By purchasing a custom designed piece, you agree to a non-return policy. If the incorrect size was given for a custom piece, we do not remake/exchange/or give store credit under any circumstance.

If your ring was designed in silver or solid gold, we can resize your ring for a $55 service fee + shipping. Silver and solid gold rings can also be resized by a local jeweler as well as copper bands in most circumstances.

 

Solid Gold and Silver Rings

By having us make your ring in solid gold and/or silver, you agree to a non-return policy. All solid gold and silver rings are final sale.

 

Shipping

 

All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.

USPS First-Class Mail: Estimated 3-5 business days. This option is not insured in the case that your package goes missing.

USPS Priority Mail: Estimated 1-3 business days

International Shipping

We recommend allowing at least 2-3 weeks for international shipping. We cannot guarantee international deliveries as we do not have control over customs processing times.

Additional duties and custom fees may be charged at delivery by the importing government. If you are unsure if your government charges customs fees, please contact your local post office prior to ordering.

Buyer is fully responsible for any and all duties, customs, or fees imposed when shipping internationally. All delivery dates/times are estimated—they are not guaranteed.

If you are having trouble tracking your international order, or experiencing long delays between updates, this may mean that it has been fed into your local postal tracking service.
