Current Lead Times

Unless your ring is already in stock, please allow 1-3 weeks, as each ring is individually handmade to order. If you ordered your ring in silver or any of our solid gold options, please allow up to 6 weeks.

If you need your ring by a certain date, please reach out to us and we will be more than happy to see if we are able to accommodate your request.

 

Shipping Information

All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.

 

Shipping Methods

USPS First Class: Will arrive in 3-5 business days. It is not insured. Please select a different shipping option if you'd like to include insurance should your package go missing.

USPS Priority: Will arrive in 1-3 business days

USPS Expedited: Will arrive in 1-2 business days

We offer UPS expedited shipping at checkout.

 

International Shipping

We recommend allowing at least 2 weeks for international shipping. We cannot guarantee international deliveries, as we do not have control over customs processing times. We do offer international upgrades at checkout.

Additional duties and custom fees may be charged at delivery by the importing government. If you are unsure if your government charges customs fees, please contact your local post office prior to ordering.

Buyer is responsible for any and all duties, customs, or fees imposed when shipping internationally.

USPS First Class Package International: Varies per destination, average arrival time is around two weeks.

Priority Mail International: 6-10 business days

Priority Mail Express International: 3-5 business days.

We offer UPS expedited International shipping options at checkout.

 

Cancellations or Changes.

There is a 24 hour cancellation window once your order has been placed. During this time you are also able to offer any corrections such as size, finish, etc. Unfortunately, after that time frame, we are not able to change or cancel your order, as we're now busy handcrafting or shipping your order.

 

Returns

Because each piece of jewelry is individually handmade to order, we do not accept returns at this time. This allows us to offer all sizes, so we are not restricted to just carrying a few.  It also allows you to create any customizations to ensure your piece of jewelry is perfect in every way.

We do offer exchanges for store credit for non-custom, non-solid gold/silver, and non-final sale pieces if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Items must be returned in new condition in their original packaging within 7 days of contacting us before any credit is issued or exchange made. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, or is altered in any way, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

How do I find my ring size?

Don't know your ring size? No problem! We recommend going to a local jeweler to get the most accurate US ring size. We also offer ring sizers shipped directly to you!

 

I don’t see my size! Can you make custom sizes?

We sure can! We can make any size ring, including quarter and half sizes. Send us an email and include your order number and custom ring size request. We can also bill a PayPal invoice with the custom specifications by request.

 

The ring doesn't fit! What are my options?

Drop us a message within 7 days of receiving your ring and we can create you a new one! We just ask that you cover shipping. Please note that this does not include custom rings, solid silver/gold and final sale pieces.

To many, the original gemstone has sentimental value, so we recommend a service visit to your local jeweler shop (not a chain store - i.e. Zales, etc.) to have your copper band resized.

If your ring is solid silver or gold, we can resize your ring for a $45 + shipping fee. They can also be resized by a local jeweler.

If you are unsure how to correctly measure your US ring size, you can be professionally sized at a local jeweler. We also offer ring sizers shipped directly to you.

 

Will my ring look exactly like the photo?

To preserve the natural state of each gem, no two rings are ever the same. Please allow for differences in size, shape, color and transparency.

 

Can I choose the gem for my ring?  

Absolutely! Simply add this option to your order and we will be in contact with you within 3-7 business days with a photo of some beautiful hand selected gems for you to choose from.

 

Does my piece come gift wrapped?

Yes! All of our jewelry comes wrapped in a silver gift box, tied with a white satin ribbon, and ready for a great Instagram shot. Hint hint. 

 

How many rings/jewelry pieces are included with my purchase? 

 

Although there may be several pieces of jewelry in the photograph, unless otherwise stated in the description, you are purchasing one piece of jewelry. We photograph multiple pieces to show uniqueness as well as stacking and pairing inspiration.

 

How long does my order take to make?

How does copper affect my skin?

Copper is a majestic healing metal known to add minerals to your body, reduce joint pain, and alleviate stiffness. Copper is a metal that oxidizes naturally. This means the finish will become darker and duller over time, potentially leaving behind a surface mark on the skin when worn. This coloration easily washes off of the skin with warm water and a mild soap. How much the ring will tarnish and how quickly it turns can depend on your perspiration, acidity levels, climate and any chemicals you come in contact with on a daily basis. Copper naturally reacts differently to each person’s body chemistry and pH levels, and many will never experience this. While we do not offer refunds for this, it can easily be fixed by applying a seal. We can also apply a complimentary seal to your ring, just let us know!

Please keep in mind we also offer metals such as solid hand cast silver and 14k solid rose, white, and yellow gold.

 

Plating

Please note that plating your ring in one of our finishes does not change the reaction of your skin to the copper band underneath. Plating can sometimes only last a short amount of time–for some it could last a few years. The length of time varies depending on each person’s body chemistry and pH levels. While we do not offer a refund for this, please keep in mind that you can have your ring re plated as often as you like to keep it extra shiny! This can be done through us, as well as many local jewelers.

 

How can I prevent the copper reaction and extend the life of the plating?

If you find that your skin experiences this discoloration, you have the option to have your ring sealed.  If you would like to have us seal your ring for you, drop us an email within 24 hours after placing your order.  You can easily reseal your ring yourself whenever needed.  We recommend EURO TOOL Jewelry Shield.

 

How do I seal my copper ring?

To seal your ring, take a soft cloth, mild soap, warm water and clean the band. Then take a cloth with warm water and wipe clean. Let dry. To apply the sealant, shake the bottle gently then apply one coat to all metal parts of the jewelry that will touch skin. Allow product to dry at least 20 minutes between coats. For best results, coat heavily and allow jewelry to dry overnight. 

 

Raw Gems

All gems used in RAW by Olivia Mar’s jewelry are genuine, raw and natural. They are never lab grown, heat treated or dyed. 

If you would like your ring to be made with a specific type of gem not found in our shop, we do work with most gems and would be more than happy to see if we can accommodate your requests, and design you something extra special!

 

Custom Designs

By purchasing custom designed piece, you agree to a non-return policy. If the incorrect size was given for a custom piece, we do not remake/exchange/or give store credit under any circumstance.

If your ring is solid silver or gold, we can resize your ring for a $45 + shipping fee. Solid silver or gold can also be resized by a local jeweler as well as copper bands in most circumstances.

Solid Gold and Silver Rings

By having us make your ring in solid gold and/or silver, you agree to a non-return policy. All solid gold and silver rings are final sale.

 

Can you repair my jewelry? 

All jewelry purchased comes with a 60 day warranty. After this time if any repairs are needed we offer full service care including, plating, resizing (gold and silver rings), re setting, recasting, etc. Pricing for these services vary per piece, depending on what needs to be done, metal type, etc.

 

Do any of your pieces contain nickel?

All of our jewelry is always 100% nickel-free

 

How do I care for my jewelry?

Raw gemstones should never be exposed to chemicals of any kind. Clean the gem with lukewarm water on a soft cloth but do not expose to moisture throughout wear. Protect your jewelry from impact against hard or abrasive surfaces.

Keep your copper band clean by occasionally washing it with lukewarm, soapy water. Use a soft cloth to gently polish and fully dry. Bare copper will tarnish and can be cleaned with salt and lemon juice. Clean and rinse with water. Use a soft cloth to gently polish and fully dry. When not being worn, store your copper ring in a sealed plastic bag to prevent tarnishing.

Silver that is regularly warn typically needs less care. Clean silver with silver jewelry cleaner. Gold can be maintained with a non-abrasive cleaner. Mild dish soap on a soft cloth and lukewarm water is an easy alternative for both metals. Professional cleanings at your local jeweler can be done as often as once a year. Storage in a metal specific case is recommended.
